 Thank you for expressing interest in Phase 3.

All Team Leaders must submit an Eligibility Packet for their Team. Please review the below instructions and submit your Eligibility Packet by 5p CDT February 28, 2022.

Please make every effort to thoroughly collect and package all your documentation prior to submission. You can reach to admin@deepspacefoodchallenge.org with any questions.

To confirm your eligibility to compete in Phase 3 of the competition, please:

  1. Read the Rules and Eligibility Requirements.

  2. Download and review the Registration Packet.

  3. Complete the Phase 2 Team Agreement (one per team).

  4. Collect Documentation as applicable to your Team (see “Documentation Instructions” below).

  5. Submit your Eligibility Packet via Dropbox.

    • Combine all required documents into a single .zip file.

    • Label the file with your Team Name (e.g. "Team Space Snacks.zip")

    • Upload to our secure Dropbox folder. A Dropbox account is not required.

Documentation Instructions

New Teams must collect and submit the following:

  1. The Team Leader must complete and sign the Phase 2 Team Agreement.

  2. Collect from each Individual Team Member:

    • Proof of Citizenship / Permanent Residence (e.g. passport, birth certificate, or green card)

    • Completed Individual Team Member Agreement

    • Completed Foreign Participant Acknowledgement form (International Teams only)

  3. Collect from each Entity Team Member:

    • Completed Entity Team Member Agreement

    • Articles of Incorporation and Proof of Address for Entity

    • Collect from each participating employee, contractor, or owner of Entity:

      • Proof of Citizenship / Permanent Residence (e.g. passport, birth certificate, or green card)

      • Foreign Participant Acknowledgement form, if applicable

    • Collect from each Foreign Student Team Member:

      • Foreign Student Acknowledgement form

      • Proof of Enrollment in an accredited institution

      • Valid Student Visa (US Teams only)

Phase 1 Returning Teams must collect and submit the following:

  1. The Team Leader must complete and sign the Phase 2 Team Agreement.

  2. If updating your team roster, please send updated documentation, as applicable.
